Bruton Knowles was founded in 1862 and we have worked with clients through more than 100 years of change, making it one of the oldest firms of chartered surveyors and property consultants in existence.

The firm is well established at a local and national level in all the main markets including commercial, public sector, utilities and rural, and also acts for many private clients. The firm currently employs over 150 people in nine regional offices and although we represent clients across the UK, our focus remains on individual client needs.
