Patrick is Managing Partner of Bruton Knowles and is experienced in dealing with clients and professionals across all sectors through the entire property cycle. Alongside his role as Managing Partner, Patrick continues to be responsible for key client and contract development in Utilities and Transportation sector and more recently Renewables.

Nick is Chairman of Partners at Bruton Knowles and Property Management Faculty Head. Nick is delivering strategic property management, portfolio and asset management advice to clients. He also provides legislative evaluation and economic research for central government and devolved administrations. Nick specialises in complex property transactions and is a Recognised European Valuer.

Christine specialises in helping charities manage their property assets more effectively. Christine has extensive experience producing asset management plans for complex property portfolios and is well versed in relevant legislation, including the provisions of the Charities Act and dealing with the Charity commission.

Mike advises on valuations for funding and loan security in the public and private sectors. He works closely with clients in the Registered Social Landlord sector providing asset valuations, development appraisals and support with stock rationalisation including acquistions and disposals. He also specialises in residential development, valuation and  consultancy advice, including expert witness and in acting for, both landowners and developers.

Angus is focused on developing work in the educational sector. He specialises in project management, property transactional advice and working with listed buildings. Angus has a long career in advising major financial institutions, landed estates and commercial property occupiers. He joined the firm in 2011 and was promoted to Head of our Building Consultancy Faculty when he became a Partner in 2012.
