OGCbuying.solutions Framework Agreement

OGCbuying.solutions is an Executive Agency of the Office of Government Commerce in the Treasury. Its aim is to achieve substantial value for money improvements in the Governments procurement budget.

Under this framework agreement Carillion* and Bruton Knowles are able to bring together a number of facilities management and property services. The framework agreement covers the professional advice, guidance, negotiation and assistance on property issues including but not limited to:

Specific Estates Services:

• Acquisition of freehold and leasehold property
• Disposal of freehold and leasehold property including sale, transfer, lease assignment and sub-letting
• Rent Reviews
• Lease breaks and lease expiries
• Lease renewals
• Rating advice
• Dilapidations
• Landlord and tenant issues including landlord consents, service charges and claims

General advice on Estate and Property Management:

• Strategic advice, including the preparation and development of an estate strategy
• Procurement strategy for property related issues
• Valuations
• Planning
• Condition surveys
• Service assurance
• General advice on estate and property management

As an approved OGC supplier this framework arrangement reduces the time it takes to select a supplier by removing the need for you to go through the OJEU process.
