You can still appeal against the current 2005 Rating List

Whilst occupiers are gearing up for the 2010 Rating List, which comes into effect on 1st April 2010, there is still an opportunity to appeal against the current 2005 List – up to 31st March 2010, which could result in successful appeals potentially producing backdated savings (including interest) to 1st April 2005.
