| Bruton Knowles Cardiff office strengthens its team with three new appointments |

The Cardiff office of property consultants Bruton Knowles has recently appointed three new recruits: Anthony Turner, Steve Crawford and Lindsay Badman.
Experienced commercial surveyor, Anthony Turner, is now heading up the Cardiff office, where he is appointed to general practice after working in Bermuda for ten years. During this time he worked as a valuation surveyor for the Bermuda Government, and he also spent five years working for Rego Sotheby’s, part of Sotheby’s, International Realty. Here he established a property professional services department and worked with local and international clients including banks, hotels and investors. Steve Crawford joins the building surveying team and provides a range of services including schedules of condition, design and dilapidation as well as conservation advice for listed buildings. Lindsay Badman joins the Bruton Knowles team having previously worked for a firm of solicitors and Southern Water. She has long standing experience in customer services and legal and property affairs and is responsible for the management of the office and its day to day running. Anthony Turner who leads the team in Cardiff comments: ‘I am delighted to be heading up the Bruton Knowles team here in Cardiff and look forward to my time here. I am also pleased to welcome our other two new recruits. Steve and Lindsay are valuable additions and will bring significant value as we continue to grow.
