Bruton Knowles expands into North East PDF Print
Bruton Knowles has recently opened a new office in Northallerton, North Yorkshire on the back of securing a major five-year outsourcing contract to manage the Estates Services for North Yorkshire County Council’s £1bn property portfolio.

In addition to providing a full estates service to the County Council, the Bruton Knowles team in Northallerton will grow the work it already undertakes for utility companies and other public and private sector clients across the region.

Commenting on the new office opening, Patrick Downes, Operations Partner at Bruton Knowles said: “We are already working with a range of clients in the region and this new office in Northallerton underlines our wider strategy to expand the business further across the North East of England.
