Leading property consultancy Bruton Knowles has strengthened its 60-strong Birmingham office with the recent appointment of Martin Purslow to its building consultancy team.

Martin is an associate and will work with partner Adrian Roddick and the expanding 6-strong building consultancy team to provide building consultancy and project management expertise to new and existing Bruton Knowles clients across the Midlands. These include Bank of Scotland, Amtrak Express Parcels, Heller Machine Tools, Calthorpe Estates and Wolverhampton City Council, through Bruton Knowles’ partnering contract with Babtie.

Martin has over 20 years experience in building consultancy and qualified as a building surveyor in 1987. During this time, he has worked on the client, contractor and consultant side of the market and has gained a thorough and practical knowledge of the key issues impacting on building consultancy. Previous employers include Tuffin Ferraby Taylor, Atkins and HSBC.
