Expansion of agency and development team in the West Midlands PDF Print
Bruton Knowles has strengthened its 13-strong agency and development team in the West Midlands with the appointment of Greg Shutt to its Birmingham office.

Greg joins Bruton Knowles from Grenville Smith & Duncan in Birmingham where he covered agency, professional and investment work.  He has over eighteen years’ experience of the Birmingham property market and his role at Bruton Knowles will be to drive sales, lettings and acquisition work for existing Bruton Knowles clients, which include Wolverhampton City Council, Henderson Global Investors, Deloitte & Touche, Gooch Estate and Birmingham City Council. 

Greg will also look to develop new business opportunities for commercial agency work across the region, tapping into Bruton Knowles’ existing client base, particularly its expanding public sector contracts.

Greg will be working with the agency and development team to service a range of clients and progress schemes across the region. These include the transport Interchange site in Wolverhampton and other development sites within Wolverhampton Science Park acting on behalf of Wolverhampton City Council. The team is also working on various schemes for Warwickshire County Council and Warwickshire Police Authority and progressing a number of development projects for private sector clients including Gooch Estate.
