Bruton Knowles recently completed the letting of an industrial unit at 45 South Road, Sparkbrook, Birmingham B11 1EX on behalf of its client Lewison Nicholls, a stationery and toy wholesalers.

The 23,444 sq ft (2,178 sq m) unit was previously owner occupied until tile company Eurocladdings Ltd took on a 6 year lease at £90,000 per annum. This equates to a cost of £3.84 per sq ft (£41.32 per sq m). Bigwood acted on behalf of Eurocladdings Ltd.
