A new 15-year lease was agreed at 93 High Street, to Associated Dental Practice (ADP), one of the UK’s leading dental companies.

Bruton Knowles negotiated the lease to ADP on a second floor unit of 5,200 sq ft (583 sq m) at 93 High Street on the corner of Bishops Walk, which forms part of the shopping centre, and Sun Street. The accommodation has been refurbished and the dental surgery has been operational since December 2007.

ADP has been established since 1985 and offers NHS work and private work. It has over 100 practices serving 750,000 patients across the country.
