A tenant is being sought by British Waterways for its 57,556 sq ft high bay warehouse at Sharpness Docks, Sharpness in Gloucestershire.

The substantial detached warehouse, known as The Streamline Building, is located within a self contained fenced and gated 4.15 acre site and benefits from an eaves height of up to 13m. 

British Waterways, which looks after the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal and River Severn as part of a 2,000 mile network of canals and rivers, has instructed property consultants Bruton Knowles and Donaldsons to find an occupier for The Streamline Building. The property is located on the banks of the Severn Estuary at the end of the ship canal, a working waterway which runs from Gloucester to Sharpness.
