The landowners are either seeking a Promotional/Option Agreement to allow their land to be brought forward in the planning process, or alternatively some landowners may be prepared to sell with a suitable uplift percentage of developable value being received upon a planning consent. 

Please note that where Promotional/Option terms are proposed, vendor’s legal and Bruton Knowles’ fees are to be met by the purchaser.  Where purchase terms are proposed, Bruton Knowles’ fees of 2% plus VAT are to be met by the purchaser at date of exchange.
