The site benefits from outline planning permission granted under application number 05/00542/OUT (APP/J3015/A/06/2009925) and enables the development of up to 25 units from the single point of access that can be created through 95 and 97 Kimberley Road.

Our clients land will also facilitate a larger development being created, subject to agreeing terms with adjacent property owners and therefore an additional outline planning permission has also been granted under application number 05/00543/OUT (APP/J3015/A/06/2009926) and extends to a site area of 0.98 hectares (2.42 acres).
