He will be working with BK Partner Adrian Roddick along with the rest of the team to look after key private and public sector clients. Prior to joining BK Atul was a building surveyor at project management and quantity surveyors, Wakemans Ltd, based in Birmingham. In all Atul has over 20 years experience in the building surveying sector having gained extensive experience with companies such as Chesterton in Birmingham. In his new role Atul will work with a number of key clients including BK’s partnering contract with Wolverhampton City Council and Jacob Babtie.

It is great to join the business at a time when demand from clients for strong skills has resulted in expansion. I look forward to having the opportunity to use my skills and expertise in an advisory role.
