Bruton Knowles has strengthened its 14-strong agency and development team in the West Midlands with the arrival of two new senior recruits to its Birmingham office.
Sharon Fountain joins the property consultancy from Donaldsons to head up BK’s agency team in Birmingham as an associate. Sharon has over ten years experience in office and industrial agency and her role at BK will be to oversee sales, lettings and acquisition work for existing clients including Henderson Global Investors, Deloitte & Touche and the Office of Government Commerce. She will be looking to develop new opportunities for agency work across the region, tapping into BK’s existing client base, particularly its expanding public sector contracts.

David joins from Dreweatt Neate in Swindon where he was head of commercial development, and prior to that he worked at DTZ in Birmingham. At BK, David will oversee development projects on behalf of new and existing clients across the Midlands, which include Birmingham City Council, Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council, Wolverhampton City Council. He will also work with BK’s other development experts across its nine-strong office network to bring forward opportunities and schemes across the UK.
David says, “My move to BK and Birmingham comes at a time when there are huge development opportunities in the region and the market is incredibly active. BK’s team offers a varied mix of skills and it is attracting significant new work on the back of its renowned technical expertise in development for both public and private bodies. I look forward to working with my new colleagues on projects across the West Midlands and also identifying other potential schemes across the UK.”
