Acting on behalf of Premier Waste UK, Bruton Knowles negotiated a new 5 year lease with The Adolescent & Children's Trust, who will pay £20,000 per annum. TACT, currently based in Aston, provide child-centred services to Local Authorities throughout the UK. The premises allow room for further expansion and offer excellent links to the surrounding area and the greater West Midlands.
