Speaker: Rebecca Roberts who specialises in planning applications, planning appeals and expert witness work.

The rural property market - A look at what’s been sold in the last twelve months, the current market and what we can expect in the next twelve months.
Speaker: Matthew Peters FRICS FAAV who specialises in rural property valuations

Overview of Agriculture - We consider the future of agriculture in the light of volatile commodity markets and the changing face of farming.
Speakers: Gareth Lay and Peter Grey. Gareth Lay specialises in landlord and tenant matters, subsidies, compensation claims and valuations and Peter Grey specialises in a range of farm management, grants, subsidies and property matters.
