The site comprises of 0.62acres (0.25hectare) which is considered suitable for higher density residential development, subject to planning.  It forms part of the former Green Street First School.The balance of the school site, mainly comprising a red brick Victorian building, is in the process of being refurbished to provide a new youth and community centre.  This is due to be operational by early 2007.

Prior to completion any building on the site including one that currently straddles the site boundary with the community centre, will be demolished to slab level by the vendor.  Otherwise the site will be conveyed as is.

Location
High Wycombe, with a resident population of some 160,000 persons, is situated approximately mid way between Centra l London and Oxford. It benefits from excellent communications, lying adjacent to junctions 3 and 4 of the M40 motorway.

The property is situated in a mixed residential and commercial area about one mile west of the town centre.  It lies to the south of the A40 West Wycombe Road and west of Desborough Avenue, the latter providing easy access to junction 4 of the M40.
