Environment Agency Wales, which covers the whole of Wales and Herefordshire, has appointed Bruton Knowles to its framework agreement for four years and the contract will be serviced from our Cardiff office.

Bruton Knowles will also be providing property and consultancy services for the  Thames Region Estates and Property Estates Consultancy Framework. The Environment Agency will be able to procure a range of property services from Bruton Knowles via the framework, including compulsory purchase and compensation, estate strategy, agency and development consultancy, professional skills such as lease renewals, rent reviews and rating, and commercial, residential and maritime property management.

Bruton Knowles has also recently been appointed to the Environment Agency North East Estate Services panel.
