Reviews and studies are carried out on single or multiple properties in accordance with Audit Commission and other guidelines. In the case of single properties, full consideration is given to the requirements of the service to be provided from the property. Under or over utilisation notes, energy costs obtained and a recommendation arrived at as to the suitability or otherwise of the property. In case of multi property reviews these are carried out either on an area, committee or use basis. Having collected the necessary data the report would identify surplus or underused property and put forward recommendations for disposal or reuse, in accordance with the organisations aims and objectives.
