CIPFA Valutions Bruton Knowles undertakes, for a number of local authority and other public sector clients portfolio valuations in accordance with the requirements of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy. These valuations are either undertaken on a five yearly basis or on an annual rolling programme of 20% per annum, according to the requirements of the Authority.
