We have provided Building Consultancy services to many Public Sector clients throughout the country, including Local Authority, County Council and Government Departments.
Our full range of services has been provided on a contract basis or to supplement in-house resources where overloaded. We also provide ad-hoc advice, this being particularly beneficial where an “independent” view is required on specific projects.
Recent services provided include implementation of repair and maintenance, planned preventative maintenance schedules, stock condition surveys, schedules of condition, reinstatement cost assessment, dilapidation work and feasibility studies on potential projects, and Party Wall matters.
