Fraser is a Partner and works closely with public sector clients to realise savings and enhance value.  He advises clients on the negotiation of grant and exercise of option, promotion and other contingent agreements necessary to deliver residential development. Fraser also provides advice in respect of land assembly and equalisation, uplift entitlement, covenant and access issues and for viability assessments.

He recently completed the disposal of Surrey Police’s surplus operational estate for a range of uses including residential and commercial development, residential care, supermarket, office, education and childcare

Fraser provides comprehensive valuation advice in particular satisfaction of ‘Best Value’ and also acts as an Expert Witness. He is the Manager of the Valuation & Development Consultancy Faculty supporting the Faculty Head deliver training and support to members.
