He also works with local authorities, land promotion companies and public bodies throughout the development process from planning to sales.
Scott is actively working on strategic residential land and residential land agency. He is an established strategic residential land specialist. His experience ranges from the initial identification of strategic land, through to promotion of strategic land through the planning process, with the identification and securing of promoters.
As a consequence Scott is experienced in the negotiation of option and promotion agreements, and the eventual valuation or sale of consented sites. Due to his specific experience, Scott is increasingly recommended to act in the assessment of Market Value relating to option agreements.
