As a result of continued growth across the business, National Chartered Surveyors Bruton Knowles has welcomed over 20 new recruits since January 2021. Now, the firm is welcoming an additional three new employees and has announced a further 15 vacancies, as part of its wider, ongoing recruitment drive.

One of the three new appointments is Katie Caldicot, who completed a placement year with Bruton Knowles in 2018/19 and is returning to the firm’s Gloucester office as a Lands Rights Technician within its National Utilities & Infrastructure (U&I) team. 

In her previous role with the business Katie gained experienced in:

  • Compulsory Purchase
  • Compensation
  • Land Access Rights
  • Agriculture
Now, Katie work across a range of high profile projects for the U&I team, including negotiating access to survey licenses on National Grid’s Bramford to Twinstead Project.

Also joining the U&I team is Ashley Pocock, who will support the team as an Administrative Assistant. Ashely’s role will involve the management of key client accounts including updating schedules, producing invoices and reconciling bank accounts. 

In addition, Kim Davies will be joining Bruton Knowles’ Gloucester office to support the team with wider administrative tasks. As the base for a number of Bruton Knowles employees across a range of teams including Planning and Land Development, Valuation, Commercial and Rural, Kim will play a vital role in the day to day management of the office.  

As part of the firm’s continued recruitment drive, there are a number of new roles currently available including Graduate / Trainee positions for the Utilities & Infrastructure team and roles as Land Professionals, Building Surveyors and Valuation Surveyors, based across its nationwide network of offices.

The firm’s recruitment drive was further enhanced recently with the appointment of Adrian Wooley, hired as its new Talent Acquisition and Internal Recruiter.
