Helping Hands, with its headquarters in Alcester, Warwickshire, has been providing 24-hour live-in care for the elderly and vulnerable people for over 20 years.
Bruton Knowles has been appointed for a major property programme that includes finding office accommodation in locations across the UK.
Paul Williams, Head of Agency at Bruton Knowles in Bristol, said: “We will be looking in specific strategic locations so that Helping Hands can support and develop its nationwide network of care provision. They are an accredited provider of live in care to over 70 social services departments and the majority of NHS Trusts across England and Wales.
“It is a family business started in the 1980s by Mary Lee and now run by her sons and employing over 1,000 people. Like many growth businesses it is important that the property portfolio keeps pace with the growth and is of the type and in the locations that help to support the main purpose of the business. Since its inception in 1989 the company has always received the maximum rating for healthcare provision.
“We are delighted to have been appointed by Helping Hands to assist them in achieving their ambitious growth targets.”
Bruton Knowles are currently looking to acquire seven regional offices as a first step with others planned for the future as Helping Hands expands.
