Bruton Knowles has strengthened its building surveying team with the appointment of Mark James.
Formerly with Kendall Kingscott in Bristol, Mark joins a fast expanding building surveying team dealing with a steep increase in activity across all commercial sectors.
Mark said: “I have spent the last 13 years working in Bristol and know the commercial and residential building sector is stronger than it has been for some time and I am looking forward to joining an experienced team.”
Senior Building Surveyor Mark’s clients include Knightstone, Places for People, Guinness, Jephson/Stonewater, Curo, Sanctuary Sovereign and Bristol City Council housing department.
Partner and Commercial Team Manager Angus Taylor said: “Mark’s appointment is timely given the team’s fast expanding workload. With commercial and residential projects coming forward thick and fast in and around the city it is essential we have the expertise to advise and guide people through the various stages of the planning system to ensure you are backing a sustainable and achievable scheme.”
