Last week, businesses in England and Wales got the news they have been patiently awaiting for seven years.
Golf club IT application firm Club Systems Ltd is moving to new offices in Manchester city centre.
Following a deal brokered by property consultancy Bruton Knowles, the company will relocate its HQ to a 2,705 sq ft second-floor office at 49 Peter Street.
The building, which includes a newly refurbished ground-floor reception, will soon see its prominence on Peter Street enhanced with an upgraded external entrance.
Bruton Knowles associate Chris Renshaw acquired the premises for Club Systems.
Commenting on the move, he said: “There is quite a bit of development going on in that corner of the city including new grade A office space in St Peters Square, the newly opened refurbished tram station and at Manchester library.
“49 Peter Street has been fully refurbished to meet the demands of the thriving Manchester business community.“
Chris added: “It’s in a prominent location close to the Radisson Hotel benefitting from conference and leisure facilities nearby.“
Club Systems International Ltd creates IT systems for golf clubs, supporting more than 2,000 across the UK, Ireland, Dubai, Ghana, Sri Lanka and elsewhere.
Speaking further, Chris said: “There has been an influx of contemporary bars, restaurants and coffee houses and there is also a Sainsbury’s supermarket nearby.
“49 Peter Street is only a short walk from Albert Square, The Midland Hotel and Barbirolli Square.“
