Canmoor Asset Management has completed a refurbishment amounting to nearly a quarter of a million pounds in response to rising demand for trade counter space in the area.
Located on Arle Road – which offers rapid connections to both Junctions 10 and 11 on the M5, the refurbished units at Cheltenham Trade Park are being marketed by Bruton Knowles and John Ryde Commercial.
Tessa Newton from Bruton Knowles’ Gloucester office said the units could be configured for industrial, storage or as trade counters.
“Both Unit 8 (3,750 sq ft) and Unit 11/12 (2,544 sq ft) have been completely refurbished including full external and internal redecorations and over cladding of the roofs. Unit 11/12 has been re-configured and is now entirely open plan allowing total flexibility for an incoming tenant.
“These works complement the already extensive upgrades that Canmoor have made since acquiring the park in 2015.”
Operators on this key site in Cheltenham include Plumbase, Electric Center, City Plumbing, Wilts Electrical Wholesalers, Denmans and Plumbstop.
“These units are close to the motorway network and are ideal for businesses looking to establish a new or perhaps larger base on a popular trade park.
“In a highly competitive sector, professional, refurbished space is key to attract new lettings."
