Bruton Knowles new Worcester office has landed a significant instruction to market Premier House, a 75,705 sq ft industrial/warehouse unit on Hortonwood Industrial Estate, Telford.
The property is currently let to Amco Services International Limited, which has instructed Bruton Knowles jointly with Knight Frank to dispose of its leasehold interest in the unit.
Set on 2.54 acres, Premier House comprises a mix of warehouse space and ground and first floor office accommodation, with 39 car parking spaces.
The property is available on flexible lease terms, with a quoting rent of £235,000 per annum.
Lance Turner, associate at Bruton Knowles in Worcester, said the instruction is a major coup for the Worcester office, following its launch in January this year.
“We have hit the ground running since opening the office just over two months ago and we’re starting to establish a strong presence in the city,” he said.
“Premier House is a good example of the quality instructions we are now picking up thanks to our wider commercial market presence.”
Hortonwood Industrial Estate is one of Telford’s largest industrial estates. It is home to a number of large blue-chip businesses including BAE Systems, Epson, Heinz and Makita.
It is situated close to Telford International Railfreight Park and within easy reach of the M54, providing access to the wider motorway network.
