Our Nottingham office is pleased to welcome graduate surveyor Nick Land, as a new addition to our team of property experts.
Nick previously worked for us as a student surveyor during his placement year at university. He now returns with two years’ property experience under his belt to support the team with agency-related work, assisting with valuations as well as working on other major projects such as the NET tram scheme.
We will be supporting Nick as he works towards his APC (assessment of professional competence) qualification to qualify as a chartered surveyor with the Royal Intuition of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) - an essential step in a surveyor’s professional development.
Nick, who grew up in West Bridgford Nottingham, said: “I am really excited to kick-start my surveying career with a highly-regarded and successful company such as Bruton Knowles. It is great to get involved in a company that is not just commercial agency and valuation focussed, but offers a wide variety of expertise in areas such as land, development and utility works.
“I really appreciate Bruton Knowes’ support to help me gain my MRICS qualification, which will help to build my confidence as I develop the necessary experience and establish important client relationships.”
James Bailey, partner at the Nottingham office said: “We are pleased to have Nick come back on board at Bruton Knowles. Having already worked with us in the past, and now with additional experience in the property sector, he will no doubt be a strong addition to the team.”
