Bruton Knowles to find new owners for the former Launchpad education centre in Tewkesbury.
The firm has been appointed by Gloucestershire College to dispose of the flagship site – which boasts 20,000 sq ft of quality offices and a further 15,000 of open plan production space.
Robert Smith from the firm’s Gloucester office said the property offered an ideal opportunity for TMT businesses looking to expand.
“We are getting the message out to the new generation of businesses through a dedicated Launchpad website www.launchpadtewkesbury.co.uk
We are also using video footage to provide an aerial fly over and virtual tour of the building.
All of these help occupiers understand the property in more detail and are proving exceedingly useful as marketing tools. We are promoting through a full social media campaign so that we can reach out to potential operators active in the area.”
The College have a preference to let but may also consider a sale.
“The Launchpad campus is close to Junction 9 of the M5, so is well within reach of potential occupiers from either Birmingham or Bristol.
“It is particularly well suited to high-tech occupiers that need a self-contained high quality facility, offering a mix of manufacturing and offices. Other features include renewable energy generation equipment and a commercial kitchen that can easily cater for large groups.”
The building has a large area for parking directly in front with commercial vehicle access and landing from the rear into a secure yard.
Nearby occupiers include G4S, UK Mail, Trelleborg, Sapa Holdings, Duraflex and Moog.
