The Welsh office of Bruton Knowles has expanded its operation further with the appointment of four new members of staff.

First to join is Colin Caunter, who has been brought in to handle a growing tide of utility company instructions. Colin is an experienced land agent and is a welcome return to the South Wales property market after several years working in the South West.  Colin will focus on landowner liaison, compensation work, negotiating access, land referencing and planning.

Colin will also help manage a steep increase land acquisition and valuation work.

Stuart Randall, is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and residential specialist and joins the fast growing team to focus on a number of key public and private sector commissions and valuations for loan security.  

Chartered Surveyor, Mark Cunningham, has joined as Senior Surveyor to help handle a steep increase in compensation as well as valuation work, particularly across South and West Wales.

The final new member of the team is Daniel Gadd who has joined as graduate Building Surveyor. Originally from Ynysybwl, Daniel joins the fast-growing firm after completing his surveying degree at The University of The West of England.

Dan is helping to further develop Bruton Knowles Building Consultancy in Cardiff, including the design and monitoring of commercial and residential developments, support of bank led development and also project monitoring work.  Dan, a former part time jockey, said “I am delighted to be joining Bruton Knowles at such an exciting point in my career as I move towards Chartered Surveyor status.”
