The Developers and owner occupiers are being sought for former NHS properties in and around Gloucester which have been declared surplus to requirements.
Property consultants Bruton Knowles beat off stiff competition to land the key instruction from the 2gether NHS Foundation Trust.
Dorian Wragg from the firm’s Gloucester office said the properties comprise bare sites and a range of existing buildings offering conversion or re-development potential.
He said: “These buildings are well known in Gloucester, are predominantly in residential or commercial areas and so offer a range of potential uses.”
A spokesman for the NHS Trust commented: “The disposal programme will allow the Trust to consolidate the dispersed activities into one facility, this offers efficiencies for the organisation but also opportunities for new owners to develop, refurbish or convert the properties.
Dorian Wragg concluded: “The sites are available for sale individually or as a whole through informal tender and we expect a good level of interest.”
Unconditional and conditional offers are required by 5pm on 20 December 2017.
