An 11,000 sq ft industrial property in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, has been acquired from a guide price of £945,000 in a deal brokered by property consultancy Bruton Knowles.
Crown House Developments, a Worcester-based investment and development company, has acquired Unit 3 at The Brunel Centre. The industrial unit extending to 11,400 sq ft and comes with 25 parking spaces.
The business park is located on Junction 13 of the M5 and is home to occupiers including Muller, Schlumberger, and Delphi.
Robert Smith, from Bruton Knowles, said: "The property became available during July in what is normally a quiet period for property transactions, but interest was strong from day one.”
