Mill Place on the Bristol Road offers a range of industrial, storage and office premises and other tenants include Gloucester Carpet Outlet and Reuse a Book.

Robert Smith said: “Pulsin is another Gloucester success story. The region has an enviable record as a nursery for start-ups and for small firms which have survived their first year and are still going strong.”

Pulsin has taken on a 6,393 sq ft warehouse at Mill Place on a three-year lease as part of their continuing expansion programme.

Robert Smith added: “Gloucestershire has seen increased demand for storage and distribution facilities with good transport connections.
“The region’s recovery has provided the vital spark for thousands of start-ups and SMEs - the lifeblood of any local economy.

“Bruton Knowles was founded more than 150 years ago and we have always recognised the importance of supporting entrepreneurial business people, as well as helping start-ups and small businesses find their feet in a fast-changing economic environment.
