Ruskin Mill Land Trust

RMLT is required by its Trustees to undertake a valuation of its properties every 5 years. Following a tender submission Bruton Knowles were instructed to establish the market value of properties for updating RMLT's asset register. As part of the exercise we also established the insurance reinstatement values and provided market rental values for leases to allow RMLT to undertake rent reviews. Their property portfolio includes colleges, a theatre, residential, commercial and agricultural properties.
