Surrey County Council

In 2016 and 2017 Bruton Knowles were instructed to undertake the valuation of Surrey County Council's asset portfolio for capital accounting purposes. The portfolio comprise of over 280 properties spread right across the County and included schools, nurseries, libraries, day centres, care homes, fire and police stations and Council offices.  A team of 12 RICS Surveyors were used to deliver the requirements within the timescales.
