Site acquired by Bruton Knowles

Contractors are now on site and making progress with the development of a new purpose built facility for West Lindsey District Council. The site is located at Caenby Corner on the A15, 12 miles north of Lincoln and was acquired by Bruton Knowles. Agent James Bailey from our Nottingham team confirms “supporting our clients operational requirements meant a site searching exercise within a defined geographic area in which we identified this off market land and negotiated a subject to planning acquisition from the landowners. We have subsequently negotiated a Wayleave to provide utilities crossing neighbouring land and look forward to the Highways team taking occupation later in the summer”.
