The entire Bruton Knowles National Utilities and Infrastructure team came together on Tuesday 17th October at Worcester Racecourse for our Team Conference.

The U&I team has seen rapid expansion over the last year, doubling to 82 members of staff in that time, and there are further plans to grow this figure to 100 in the near future, with new offices in Glasgow and Wimborne having recently opened. It was great to bring the entire U&I team together to allow everyone to catch up and meet one another - the team has expanded so quickly, we had to hire the Racecourse just to fit them all under the same roof!

Not only has the team seen growth throughout 2023, but our Heads of North, South, Wales and Scotland U&I are firmly in place, making the Conference even more important to allow our people to share the vision for the future and plans for the next stages of growth.

Managing Partner, James Bailey, was on hand to talk to the new faces alongside our senior team members. He gave the team his insight into the challenges and issues facing current and prospective clients, and how shifting market forces will undoubtedly impact how the firm builds on its growth in the coming years.
