National chartered surveyor Bruton Knowles has appointed Andrew Seale, as Senior Surveyor within its Commercial Team, further strengthening the firm’s offering across the UK.
His appointment underlines Bruton Knowles’ continued investment in senior talent as the company targets a 55% increase in head count, growing from 161 employees to 250 nationwide over the next two years, in line with business development projections.
Andrew, an MRICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial property sector to Bruton Knowles, boosting an already strong team. Drawing on his expertise, Andrew’s role will see him responsible for delivering lease advisory, valuation and rating services for both public and private sector clients across the South West.
Welcoming him to the team, Head of Commercial Dorian Wragg, said: “Andrew’s extensive background across the commercial property sector, particularly in lease advisory and rating, brings even more depth to our regional offering. He joins Bruton Knowles from national chartered surveyors Barnsdales, where he held the role of Associate. Before that, he spent 15 years at Cushman & Wakefield, advising leading PLC clients such as Hammerson, British Land, Land Securities, Barclays Bank, and WH Smith across a diverse range of property disciplines. His proven ability to support high-profile, blue-chip companies underscores Andrew’s calibre of expertise that he’ll bring to the Commercial Team.
Bruton Knowles’ national reach, with 14 hubs across the UK, was a leading decider in Andrew joining the team. The firm’s structure enables its teams to provide clients with a deep level of market knowledge, backed by the strength and resources of a national network.
