Simon Fife
Partner
Simon joined the firm in 2023 and is a Partner in Bruton Knowles’ National Utilities and Infrastructure team. Working primarily in the company’s Wimborne hub, he brings a wide range and depth of planning experience covering infrastructure, urban regeneration, leisure, residential and employment development. He has advised public and private sector clients on planning and property matters, developing planning strategies and managing complex proposals through the planning process to secure approvals / allocations for major development.
Simon’s experience includes the DCO/TWAO processes and managing planning applications, EIA & HRA, strategic land promotion, stakeholder engagement, land access/acquisition, as well as providing expert witness services. Simon’s background as both a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner means he is well-placed to provide comprehensive support for clients navigating complex development and infrastructure projects.
