Aled Jenkins
Senior Associate
BSc (Hons) MRICS
Based from the Cardiff hub, Aled has grown from an Associate upon joining Bruton Knowles in 2014, before progressing to become Head of Building Consultancy Wales in 2023. Aled manages portfolio surveys, design and contract administration, party pall and pre-acquisition/due diligence surveys.
His key specialities include the development monitoring of high value and complex development schemes on behalf of various Banks and specialist funders across England and Wales.
Ed Vereker
Senior Associate
Ed joined Bruton Knowles as Senior Associate and Head of Building Consultancy South in 2023. Based from the Exeter hub, Ed provides a range of building consultancy services, including: commercial pre-acquisition surveys, Party Wall & Neighbourly matters, Reinstatement Costs Assessments for insurance purposes, Contract Administration, feasibility studies, PPM’s and schedules of condition.
He holds experience in dilapidations, tenant lease reviews in relation to repairing and maintenance, conservation and historic building defect diagnosis and repairs.
