Bruton Knowles Named as Supplier on Crown Commercial Service Framework for 15th Consecutive Year

Bruton Knowles has reinforced its position as a leading provider of property services to the public sector with its reappointment as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Estate Management Services framework (RM6343) for the 15th consecutive year – continuing its long-standing partnership with the UK public sector and extending a relationship that began with the framework’s creation in 2014.

This reappointment enables Bruton Knowles to continue delivering Estate (Property) Management, Agency and Lease Management, Surveying and Strategic Advice, and Valuation and Compulsory Purchase Order services to public sector bodies nationwide. The breadth of lots awarded reflects the firm’s extensive capabilities and long-established expertise in complex and large-scale public sector property matters.

Bruton Knowles achieved a standout set of quality scores during the competitive tender process. The firm already works with a range of government and public bodies, including local authorities, housing associations, utilities providers, education institutions and health trusts—providing advice on estate strategy, asset rationalisation, acquisitions and disposals, and infrastructure delivery.

This reappointment reinforces Bruton Knowles’ position as a go-to adviser for property-related matters in the public sector, offering a compliant route to procure trusted, RICS-accredited expertise with a national footprint and strong regional presence.

James Bailey is Managing Partner at Bruton Knowles: “Being named as a supplier on CCS’s framework for the 15th year is a testament to our long-standing capability in the public sector property arena. This framework plays a critical role in helping organisations access high-quality, value-driven professional services, and we are proud to continue contributing our expertise. Our teams have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing public sector estates. These results highlight both their dedication and our proven track record in delivering for the public sector.”

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
